What’s included in my on-line personal training plans?

  • All of my personal training plans are individually customised. Each person is different and has different circumstances to consider when writing a training plan, I will ensure the plan is as appropriate to you as I possibly can but challenging enough to get you to your targets.
  • Unlimited email support – If you ever need help with something or feel like talking, send me an email and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Monthly Skype calls – Keep me up to date with your progress or any struggles you have with a face to face consultation.
  • 24 hour email response time – I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can.
  • Individually customised eating plan – Every person has different preferences and requirements, I will try and change as little as possible from how you currently eat to bring about the changes you want. Plan will include the following also:

What Happens When You Sign Up?

  • Once you have signed up to one of my on-line personal training plans you will be sent all the legal stuff along with a questionnaire so I can better understand your motivations, lifestyle, current training approach and diet.
  • After my analysis I will create a personalised training and eating plan optimised to your individual circumstances. 
  • You will then have unlimited support throughout your journey. From the simplest of problems to the staff party at TGI Fridays.

What We Expect From You

  • Commitment. Just because you have a coach doesn’t mean you can take it easy, I could write you the most awesome training plan in the universe but if you’re not committed to it then your not going to reach your targets. 
  • Trust. I’ve been doing this for long enough to know what works and what doesn’t work. Trust me, I will only give you proven strategies to get you to your targets.
  • Honesty. Please be as honest as possible in your feedback and with your progress. 
  • Consistency. Rome wasn’t built in a day.
  • Diligence. Following of the set programme carefully.
