West Coast Training & Nutrition (WCTN) is about more than just putting together a premium training and nutrition programme and leaving you to crack on with it in your own time. My philosophy is to create an educational approach to give you all the tools you need, so once you are confident enough, you can leave us in the knowledge that you can control your own training and nutritional targets, and do so for the rest of your life.

What WCTN can do for you:

  • Provide a personalised eating plan based on your circumstances. Everyone is different and have different likes, dislikes and requirements. I take this into account when creating your eating plan so that you can stick to it.
  • Provide a personalised exercise programme. Some people like to lift weights, some people like to walk or run. I tailor your exercise programme so that you only do the things that you like to do.
  • Be there for you through thick and thin. I am here to support you throughout your entire journey, to answer any questions and offer any advice at any time. I will be just a phone call, email or text away at any time.
  • Save you money, a few sessions with a decent personal trainer can cost a lot of money (at least £30 a session).
