True Personal Training

Unlike some of the larger companies offering a similar system I only work with a small number of people, enough to make sure that everything remains completely personal to you. Every aspect of your exercise plan and nutrition has been hand written by yours truly.


Personal training ain’t cheap, to achieve your exercise goals you’re looking at a minimum of £105 per week for a personal trainer and there are no guarantees with that level of investment. Our system is much more affordable at £40-50 per week depending on service.


You no longer need to be squeezed into personal training slots that don’t really suit you but are convenient for your PT. With my new system you get to exercise whenever is convenient for you, you don’t even need to go to the gym anymore, everything can be done from the comfort of your own home if you prefer.


You'll be checking in with me at least once per week to ensure that you are on track and working towards your ideal body image.


Thanks to the wonders of modern technology we can now send through you everything you need to your mobile phone. This means you'll have access to everything you need right at your fingertips.
