“Having had a couple of children, and gained weight I had then spent a couple of years dabbling with trying to get fit and lose weight.
During this time I discovered a love for training, but no knowledge or understanding of nutrition. I’m an extremely busy mum of two and I often skipped meals, overtrained in a haphazard way and ended up being skinny.
Nat has proved a godsend, his guidance on nutrition, and his knowledge of physiology and technique has completely changed my training, and my body shape!
Nat has achieved everything I asked for in terms of my goals, in a relatively short period of time! I do now have an ass which was top of my list, but I am also stronger and more defined. I have effectively outsourced my fitness to Nat and I would encourage everyone else to do the same!”
I couldn’t have got anywhere near this without you as my personal trainer and supporting me through every step of the way. Still got a little bit to go but I’m really happy with what I’ve achieved so far in the last 6 months.
If I could have one wish, it would be that I would have started working with Nat a long time ago, things may have been a lot different but then all these things also make us who we are so perhaps I wouldn’t be me without all the hard times that are behind me, but I do know for sure I wouldn’t be where I am now if I hadn’t reached out to Nat last summer, no doubt.
