Hey,

I’m Nat, I run this joint.

A little about me. Well I started in fitness early, I was pretty athletic as a youth, could turn my hand to most sports.

Except tennis and cricket… hand eye coordination isn’t in my genes.

It’s when I hit 17 that things started heating up.

I really REALLY wanted to get in shape, I loved the idea of a flat belly, perhaps a 6 pack and lean muscles, so I started lifting weights and doing a bit of cardio here and there.

I was training 5-6 times a week and I just wasn’t seeing the results I wanted to see in the mirror.

It’s so disappointing to take your shirt off after a solid weeks training expecting to see progress –

Aaaaaaannnndddd nothing.

Where were these 6 pack abs I was seeing in the Men’s Health magazine? There was no Instagram back in those days 😉

I decided to invest my time studying nutrition as well as reading ALL of the fitness magazines.

I probably did every Muscle and Fitness workout there was at that point in my life and followed all the nutrition advice readily available in them too.

I’m probably missing some out here and there’s no doubt that if I hadn’t learned what I’m about to tell you, I’d still be doing the latest fad now.

Looking back, it’s pretty demoralising when you realise how much of your life you’ve wasted doing the wrong thing.

It’s that thing, I wish I could go back to when I was 16-17 with the knowledge I have now and start again.

But hey, we’re not getting any younger.

Anyway, after a bit of a journey, a lot of wasted time and a few tears, I finally realised there was something wrong, something was missing.

I was lucky, I found a mentor on the internet, he shifted my viewpoint completely away from the fads and trends of the industry and introduced me to a knew way of thinking.

He nudged my approach towards evidence based practices.

I dug deep and threw myself into the world of scientific research, reading paper after paper, investing money in courses run by industry experts.

I don’t even want to know how much I’ve spent over the years. Probably in the 10s of thousands.

But you know what, I’m so grateful I did.

I learned a system that guarantees success every time.

A system which cannot fail by definition.

I started implementing it into my own training and – 

BOOM. 

Results. I could see physical changes happening, I’d step on the scales each week without fear, I could eat what I wanted to without any guilt because I knew after all those years, finally, I’d figured it out.

So, present day.

I’m now sharing this system in my PT work and with my online coaching clients continually adding new branches to my system making it super easy to follow and more effective.
